"Today I went in for just some screws and washers. I was immediately helped from someone waiting at the front counter. But took this gentleman one minute to find for me would have taken me half an hour at a big box store. Customer service here is top notch!"

"Many years ago, I made the mistake of shopping both big box stores for an obscure part. No luck of course. In desperation, I stopped by C&H figuring I'd be walking out empty handed. I was greeted as I walked in the door and within seconds, the kind gentleman behind the counter reached behind him and pulled out exactly what I was looking for. Going anywhere else is just an excuse to waste time, money and gas!"
